O
OEIC (open ended investment company)
A type of fund structured as a company. It doesn’t have a fixed number of shares and can fluctuate in size. Popular type of investment held in a pension.
OTC (overseas transfer charge)
A charge which can apply to a transfer from a UK pension to an overseas qualifying registered overseas pension scheme (QROPS). This is 25% of the fund value in certain circumstances.
