Meet the team

Rachel Meadows

Managing Director

Rachel became Managing Director of IFGL Pensions in April 2023. Rachel has 19 years' pensions industry experience. She is a Chartered Financial Planner, as well as a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Rachel’s previous roles have included delivering specialist pension consultancy and strategic advice relating to defined benefit and defined contribution pensions.

Richard Foden

Head of Business Development

Richard has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 15 years. Whilst working for an offshore life assurance company, he held a number of roles across customer services and investment operations. Richard became Head of Customer Services of IFGL Pensions in March 2023 before moving into the role of Head of Business Development in September 2025.

Jill Clarke

Chief Risk Officer

Jill has over 20 years’ industry experience, having previously worked for both Barclays Bank plc and subsequently for 12 years at the FTSE-listed Capita. At Capita, Jill became Risk Director, overseeing a number of restructures and the implementation of significant changes in regulation. Jill joined IFGL Pensions in June 2024.

Senga Jones

Head of Customer Services

Senga has worked in the Financial Services Industry for 20 years; her previous experience includes working within the SSAS and SIPP Market and IFA Industry. She has worked within a compliance role for a decade, most recently heading up an employee benefits division focusing on delivering exceptional service and solutions to corporate clients and their employees.

Steve Berridge

Technical Services Manager

Steve has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry, most of it at Abbey Life (TUP’D to UISL and Capita in the late 2000s), before a contracting spell, specialising in complaint handling and back book remediation. Steve joined IFGL Pensions (formerly Sovereign Pensions Services Ltd) in September 2021 as Technical Services Manager and is currently completing his Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
